Mission Statement
States Property Rights
To advocate, lobby, and promote more States and Private Property Rights and less Federal
Property Rights for the Fifty United States of America and its territories. This action shall be
developed and promoted with Political Advocacy with educational efforts with the state
legislatures, the U.S. Congress, and the President of the United States. The political campaign
will be directed towards the U.S. Congress and the State Legislatures in the form of an
Amendment to the United States Constitution with final approval and passage. In the event,
the Federal Government does not act in a fair and balanced way, the organization will lobby
the individual states for a United States Constitutional Convention, and an Amendment to the
United States Constitution with the agenda to be more Property Rights for the States and its
people.
